    Enter your account info Use the account number, invoice number, and postal code shown on your invoice.

    Choose your invoice(s) Select what you’d like to pay. If financing is available, you’ll see the terms right there — down payment and monthly amount.

    Choose how to pay Pay in full, or select financing and sign your agreement electronically. Either way, you’re done in minutes.

Before You Begin

Have your invoice handy. You’ll need:
  • Your name and email address
  • Account Number (top right of your invoice)
  • Invoice Number (top right of your invoice)
  • Postal code on file with your account
Note: These three fields — account number, invoice number, and postal code — must match your invoice exactly to proceed.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is financing available for my invoice? Not all invoices qualify for financing. If yours is eligible, you’ll see the option — including your down payment and monthly amount — when you select your invoice on the portal.
  • What if I want to set up automatic monthly payments? After signing your financing agreement, you can optionally enter your bank account information for automatic monthly installments. If you skip this step, you’ll simply receive a monthly invoice instead.
  • What if the “Review and Sign Agreement” button won’t open? This usually means the phone number entered doesn’t match what’s on file with your account. Contact your INSURICA account manager to verify the correct number.
  • I have more questions — who do I contact? Your INSURICA account manager can help with any questions about your invoice or payment options. Their name and contact information are on your invoice
