It’s that time of year again! Employers who sponsor a fully-insured group health plan may be receiving a Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) rebate from their insurers. In this webinar, we’ll be discussing several of the common issues related to these rebates, including how much (if any) of the rebate should be distributed to plan participants; how quickly the participant’s share must be distributed; options employers have in distributing the participant’s share; and the tax consequences of the various available distribution options.
