Earlier this year, the EEOC released long-awaited proposed rules addressing the type of incentive that can be offered for participation in a wellness program without violating the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA). We have also seen many employers express interest in establishing an incentive for employees to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. This webinar will review these regulations along with the existing HIPAA wellness rules, and will help employers think about how to ensure their wellness plans are structured in a compliant manner.
