PHOENIX, Ariz. – Effective 2023, INSURICA’s Captive Leader Eric Pach has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the Arizona Builders Alliance (ABA).

“I am very humbled to represent the Arizona construction community as a member of the board,” Eric Pach said, “It’s amazing to see the impact and influence the ABA has on the development of talent, regulatory environment, and the collaborative construction culture we have here in Arizona and the Southwest.”

The ABA is an alliance of the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) and the Associated General Contractors of America – Building Chapter (AGC).

Eric Pach was one of the original founders of a new division of the ABA called the Young Builders Council (YBC), which started in 2016 and now has grown to more than 175 members, all under 40 years old.

“The Young Builders Council is critical to developing the next generation by providing access to top construction leaders, personal and professional development resources, and numerous networking opportunities,” Pach said.

ABA is an alliance of the Arizona Chapters of the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC), and the Associated General Contractors of America – Building Chapter (AGC).

The ABA’s purpose is to lead its members and the construction industry to greater productivity and profitability through Education: Craft Training to Management Education, Networking and Business Development Opportunities and Legislative Advocacy on behalf of the Commercial Construction Industry.
